Privacy Policy

Pedestel ([Legal name], [Address]; “we”) is the controller for the limited data described here. Contact: info@pedestel.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, country and subscription status from Paddle so we can provide the Software and support. We never see your full card details.

License checks

When you use the Software, it sends our license server your license key, a one-way hash of your machine's login id, the plugin version and the engine version. We use this only to verify your subscription. Our license server keeps no database of these requests, and they are not written to our web server's access logs. Other requests to this website are logged with IP addresses for 14 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

AI assistant

The optional AI assistant sends your prompts and the content of the Blueprints you target directly from your computer to the AI provider you configure (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a model running on your own machine). That data never passes through our servers, and the provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. Your API key stays on your computer.

Website

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The checkout is loaded from Paddle, which may set cookies needed for the payment.

Support email

If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you and for our records, for up to [3 years].

Legal basis and retention

We process this data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations (such as tax records), and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing. Email info@pedestel.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
